How do you track attendance in a band, orchestra or choir?
With WePlayIn.Band, every member answers each event with one tap, in the app or straight from the reminder. Managers see each position as complete, partial, incomplete or empty, the app sends up to three reminders to anyone who hasn't replied, and each member's history exports to Excel for the board.
Can WePlayIn.Band handle musician fees and expenses?
Yes, on the Professional plan. You set rate tiers per event type and position, generate each concert's fees, then approve them and mark them paid. Members file expense claims with a scanned receipt, and the season cashbook sets income against fees and expenses month by month, with Excel and PDF exports.
Where is our members' data stored?
On servers in the European Union, in line with the GDPR, and never sold to third parties. Managers can download the whole ensemble's data as CSV and JSON files once a day, and every member can export or delete their own personal data from their profile.
