What is WePlayIn.Band?
WePlayIn.Band is an attendance and management app for bands, orchestras and choirs. Directors and managers plan the season, see who is coming position by position, share sheet music by part and track musician fees and expenses. Members reply and get their parts on iPhone, Android or the web.
How much does WePlayIn.Band cost?
Community costs €50 a year for up to 20 members. Professional costs €150 a year for unlimited members and includes every feature, from the dashboard and sheet music to musician fees, formations and the Wolfgang AI assistant. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and members always join for free.
How long does it take to set up?
Under 30 minutes: create the orchestra, pick a template for your sections, invite musicians with an activation code, add your first event.
Do my older musicians need to install anything?
They can use the iOS or Android app, or simply the web app in any browser, and receive reminders by email.
Where is our data stored?
On GDPR-compliant servers in the European Union.
Can I move from Konzertmeister, Spond or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Managers import the member list from an Excel or CSV file, with AI matching the columns, or invite members by email or with a QR code. We help you set up sections, repertoire and the first events on the setup call.
