WePlayIn.Band is an attendance and management app for bands, orchestras and choirs. Directors and managers plan the season, see who is coming position by position, share sheet music by part and track musician fees and expenses. Members reply and get their parts on iPhone, Android or the web.

The administrator sends an invitation code; musicians enter it in the app. Only invited members see the orchestra's information.

All servers are in the European Union, supporting GDPR compliance. We never sell user data to third parties.

Follow the steps on the account cancellation page, or email info@weplayin.band with the subject "Data Removal Request". Personal data is deleted within 90 days.

Yes. Get in touch: we set up your orchestra together on a short call, then you try every feature free for 30 days. Members always join for free.

No. Wolfgang is included in the Professional plan; events, attendance, roster and messaging work without ever using it.

The units AI models use to process text. Translations use few; score analysis uses more. Professional includes 200,000 a month; extra capacity of 1M or 2M a month costs €25 or €50 a year.

AI features pause until the 1st of the next month. Everything else keeps working. Tokens are a monthly allowance: unused tokens don't carry over to the next month.
