Line-up
No more surprises at the first downbeat.
Every event shows each position as complete, partial, incomplete or empty. A missing second horn shows up on Tuesday, while there's still time to call a substitute.
- Requirements per position and event type build each line-up, in your priority order
- Season attendance by position, so you see where the band is thin
- Position suggestions move players from full parts to short ones, for that event only

Questions conductors ask
How does WePlayIn.Band build a line-up?
Each position has a requirement for every event type: all its members, a set number, or not required. When you create an event, WePlayIn.Band calls the right players in your priority order. You can tick or untick anyone, move a player to another part for that event, and watch coverage update.
Can each musician see only their own part?
Yes. Every PDF, recording or cloud link is shared with the whole ensemble, one section or a single position. Players see only the files meant for them, plus the full-ensemble ones, grouped under each piece and one tap away from the concert programme.
Does WePlayIn.Band work for choirs?
Yes. Choirs use the same tools as bands and orchestras: voice parts are set up as sections and positions, attendance shows which voices are covered, and scores and rehearsal recordings are shared per voice. The app is available in English, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, German and French.
