Our platform is designed for musical organizations of all types and sizes, including symphony orchestras, concert bands, chamber ensembles, community orchestras, marching bands, youth orchestras, and more.

Orchestra administrators can send invitation codes to musicians, who then enter the code in the app to join. This ensures that only invited members can access your orchestra’s information.

Absolutely. WePlayIn.Band takes data security seriously. All our servers are located within the European Union, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. We never sell user data to third parties.

Yes! Both directors and musicians can manage multiple orchestra memberships from a single account, making it perfect for professional musicians who perform with different ensembles.

If you wish to cancel your account, simply send an email to info@weplayin.band with the subject line “Data Removal Request.” Your personal information will be deleted within 90 days of your request.

What are AI tokens?
Tokens are the unit AI models use to process text. Every time Wolfgang translates, answers a question, scans a score, or analyzes attendance, it uses tokens. Different tasks use different amounts -- a quick translation uses very few, while a deep roster analysis uses more.

What happens when I run out of tokens?
AI features pause until your tokens reset on the 1st of the next month. All other orchestra management features continue working normally.

Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade from Essentials to Pro at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remaining months.

Do I need Wolfgang to use the app?
No. Wolfgang is an optional add-on. All core orchestra management features (events, attendance, roster, messaging) work without it.

Which plan should I choose?
If your orchestra mainly needs translations and occasional AI help, Essentials is plenty. If you want attendance analytics and roster insights powered by Lomax, go with Pro.
